At Amaira, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and curated with care. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy on all orders.
However, if you happen to receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly review your concern under the guidelines below:
Unboxing Requirement
A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside, recorded in one continuous clip. Requests without this proof will not be considered.
Reporting Timeline
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via our official Instagram page (@try.amaira), along with your order details and unboxing video.
Resolution
Once approved, the concern will be resolved in the form of an Amaira store credit, which can be redeemed on your next purchase. We do not offer refunds or replacements.
