4. Orders & Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message. Amaira reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of unforeseen circumstances, including stock issues or payment verification failures.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within the stated timeframe and shipped via our trusted delivery partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Amaira is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen external factors.

6. Return, Exchange & Claims
Amaira follows a strict no return and no exchange policy due to hygiene reasons.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

* A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim
* Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
* Approved claims will be resolved via store credit only, usable on the next purchase
    No refunds or replacements will be provided.

8. User Conduct
